Title IX
Title IX is a federal compliance office committed to sexual harassment, sexual violence and sex/gender discrimination prevention in the UCLA community. The Title IX office conducts investigations, facilitates trainings and implements mitigating measures to address violations of these issues.
Staff Diversity & Compliance (SD&C)
SD&C is a federal compliance office committed to sexual harassment, sexual violence and gender discrimination prevention in the UCLA community. SD&C also responds to violations of discrimination or harassment based on race, ancestry, national origin, religion, age, and other categories protected by law and University policy WHERE THE RESPNDENT IS STAFF. (Title IX has oversight over SD&C in matters where there is alleged Title IX prohibitive conduct)
Discrimination Prevention Office (DPO)
DPO is a federal compliance office committed to the prevention of discrimination or harassment based on race, ancestry, national origin, religion, age, and other categories protected by law and University policy. DPO develops policy, conducts investigations, facilitates trainings and implements mitigating measures to address violations of these issues.
